Commission: design of 6 family maisonettes of 140 m2 each, 2 workspaces, and semi-sunken parking garage in Amstelkwartier in Amsterdam. Amsterkwartier is a newly developed area along the river Amstel where living, working and recreation are combined.

Part of the brief was to design a contrasting façade with an urban feel and alluring plinth. This was accomplished by joining the 2 lots and the application of natural stone.
